Collaborators see only the rooms a seller invites them to. Buyers see the buyer experience and can invite their own colleagues into it.
No. Buyers are always unlimited and free.
Yes. Business starts with three sellers, and anyone holding a Seller license counts toward that three, including managers and admins. After that, add sellers one at a time.
On Business, yes. Five are included, and additional collaborators are $12/month each. Pro includes two collaborators and can't add more; move to Business when your team needs a larger pool.
No. Free is a single seller with unlimited buyers, and no collaborators. Collaborators start on Pro, which includes two. If you try to add a teammate on Free, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
Consolidation is based on email domain. If someone is on Pro with an @acme.com address and Acme buys Business, their account moves into the Acme Business organization automatically, keeping their deal rooms and deal history. Their individual Pro subscription ends and Acme's Business subscription covers them from that point. Anyone without a matching domain, such as a contractor on another company's address, keeps their own Pro account.
Yes. Teams can start Business, manage sellers and collaborators, and grow their subscription directly in Zocove.
