Yes. Free forever: up to three active deal rooms per user, full AI for both seller and buyer, and unlimited stakeholders per room. It is not a trial, and there is no credit card required.
No. Sign up and you're on the Free plan. You only add billing details if and when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Annual is the same per-seat monthly rate billed once a year: Pro is $29/seat/mo billed annually (17% off the $35 monthly rate), and Business is $39/seat/mo billed annually (20% off the $49 monthly rate).
