FAQ

Questions about buyer engagement intelligence.

What Zocove is, how the signals work, how we handle buyer privacy and AI, and how the Free and Founding Member plans work.

Category

A live, explainable view of how buyers are participating in a complex deal: who is engaged, what they’re reviewing, which stakeholders are missing, whether shared work is progressing, and where deal momentum is changing. Zocove creates it by giving buyers a useful place to evaluate, then turning that identified activity into signals your team can act on.
Your CRM is a seller-side record of what your team logs — stage changes, notes, activity — and it goes quiet between meetings. Buyer engagement intelligence adds the buyer’s side: identified activity from the workspace where the buying committee actually evaluates. Zocove complements your CRM; it doesn’t replace it.
Zocove includes a digital sales room — one secure space per deal for resources, a shared plan, and messaging. But the room is the mechanism, not the point: Zocove uses that buyer experience to generate buyer engagement intelligence for the seller.
Yes, for the buyer — a clean, no-login place for the buying committee to align internally. That collaboration is also what produces high-quality, buyer-side signal for the seller.
A content portal makes it easier to share files. Zocove uses the buyer experience to generate identified, explainable intelligence about how the deal is actually moving — buyer signals, stakeholder coverage, and deal momentum — not just delivery.

Product

Authorized activity inside the shared workspace: visits and repeat visits, resource views, messages, questions, and completed steps — attributed to identified stakeholders who joined through their own secure link. It is not covert tracking.
From identified stakeholder activity in the room — who’s engaging, who keeps returning, who’s gone quiet, and who’s new. Zocove rolls that activity into clear engagement states (for example, Hot, Cooling off, and Going dark) per stakeholder.
An explainable health score composed of sub-scores — Buyer Engagement, Content & Response, and Momentum — each with published weightings. It reflects real engagement and shared-plan progress, so you can see exactly what’s driving a score up or down. It is not an opaque AI risk number.
A live view of the buying committee: every identified stakeholder, labeled by role, with per-person activity and history — plus a flag when a deal is single-threaded or a new decision-maker joins.
Yes. Each stakeholder gets their own personal, secure link — no account and no password to set up.
Yes. Buyers can loop in colleagues, and when a new person engages you see it — that’s often how a full buying committee becomes visible.
Yes. Buyer links are individually signed and can be revoked at any time.

AI and privacy

Seller AI is grounded in seller-authorized deal context — the activity, resources, stakeholders, and shared progress in the deal. It produces briefings and a recommended next move for your team to review.
Buyer AI uses only buyer-accessible context. It helps the buyer summarize resources, draft internal updates, and evaluate privately. It cannot see your internal sales notes or seller-only fields.
No. What your buyer asks their AI is private to them, by design.
Activity is tied to authorized workspace participation, not covert tracking. Every buyer joins through a personal secure link that can be revoked, and buyer AI questions stay private. Data use is covered by the Privacy Policy.
No. Zocove captures authorized activity inside the shared workspace — it does not use device fingerprinting or hidden tracking.
Yes. Zocove’s AI drafts, summarizes, and recommends based on the current deal; your team reviews and decides. It does not send external communication, change deal records, or take consequential action on its own.

Who it’s for

Revenue teams running complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals — account executives, sales leaders, and revenue operations — who need to see how the buying process is actually moving.
All three. AEs get buyer-side signal and a next move; leaders get evidence for deal reviews and earlier risk; RevOps gets a consistent, buyer-side operating layer that complements the CRM.
Yes. Zocove is built for multi-stakeholder deals — identifying each participant, mapping the committee, and flagging where a deal is single-threaded or missing a decision-maker.
